  1. Eligibility for Refund: 1.1. To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased the item directly from HGMArtist.net this does NOT include HGMServers VIP Membership. We cannot process refunds for items purchased from third-party sellers or retailers. 1.2. Refunds are applicable within 31 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we will not be able to process a refund. 1.3. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in the appropriate condition.

  2. Refund Process: 2.1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@hgmartist.net. Provide them with your order details, including the order number and the reason for the refund request. 2.2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and any applicable return shipping labels. 2.3. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. 2.4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise specified.

  3. Non-Refundable Items: 3.1. The following items are non-refundable: - Custom-made or personalized items. - Digital downloads or electronically delivered products. - Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales, unless explicitly stated otherwise. - Gift cards or vouchers.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items: 4.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may request photographic evidence or other relevant information to assess the issue. 4.2. In the case of a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a replacement item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
